The Challenge
DoorDash is a delivery service mainly catering to food within communities. They have a subscription service for $9.99 a month that rewards subscribers with no delivery charges and reduced service fees on eligible items. However, for many non subscribers, free delivery isn't enough to make DashPass worth it.
The Big Idea
TASTE THE PERKS
By offering niche specific benefits for DashPass members curated based on their interests and lifestyles, ordering becomes a personalized experience beyond having free delivery.
